The details.

What counts against my monthly hours?
All active work on your behalf: calendar and inbox management, communications, project tracking, payroll coordination, and travel planning. We report on usage so you always know where your hours go.
What happens if I go over my hours?
We flag it before you get there. Additional hours are billed at a clear overage rate, or we discuss moving you to the next retainer if the higher level fits better.
Do unused hours roll over?
Retainers reserve dedicated capacity each month, so hours do not roll over. If your needs vary, we will right-size the retainer with you.
Can I change retainers later?
Yes. After the initial three months you can move up or down as your needs change, with reasonable notice.
Is corporate travel really included?
Yes. Travel coordination is included within your monthly hours on every retainer. Non-retainer clients can use à la carte trip planning at $250 flat per trip.
